Yup, I only weigh in once a month...I used to be chained to the scale~It was not a good thing... :oops:
Today, I know that if I am true to the commitment that I have made to myself & remember that I am in fact a COE and I must follow a plan of eating ODAT for the rest of my days...I will be healthy, free and have more time to pray, live & love... :wink:
