I have been on Atkins for for 4 weeks, I lost 7 lbs right at the start but have been at a stall for 2 weeks. I have been reading how some meds like Elavil can cause weight gain and I believe it can prevent weight loss. If meds are the problem or not I am going to switch to the SBD and try that instead.
Anyone have similar ideas about meds? |
