| After I exercise I smell acidic. It's the only time I have this happen. Does anyone know what causes this and is it okay? |

I think what you're experiencing is pretty common.
It's the bacteria on our skin that can produce nasty smells. Bacteria feed on sweaty secretions. And because bacteria thrive in dark, moist places, armpits and feet are prime targets.
Many factors can influence how much you sweat and even the way your sweat smells. Your emotions, certain foods and beverages, some drugs and your hormones can all play a role.
There are times when different odors can signal a medical condition.... so if you experience this other than when working out, it's a good idea to have it checked by your doc. |

| Thanks for the input Luvs. I think I figured out that it coincides with exercise and my hormones after some thought. Didn't know if I should be doing something or not doing something. You never know if something is okay and I figured someone here would know what I'm talking about. :D |

| Also if you use some of the "wicking" fabrics in your exercise clothes they can get PRETTY stinky. |

Oh, yeah! There's the understatement.
I can tell when I'm getting sick by the way I smell. Is that too much information? |

No, it actually is very informative. I get weird about things like this and knowing that that different smalls are normal or indicative is good. |
