hiya i need ur help desperately please,i seem to be losing my weight but for the life of me i cant seem to shift it from my hips and thighs and i look bottom heavy,its really gettin me down,i want to look good especially with the warmer weather comin,i got a bikini i bought but i look terrible in it,can u please help me

Running/jogging is a wonderful cardio exercise that burns a lot of calories, and do some toning exercises like squats as well. You could buy a DVD like Buns of Steel and do those exercises in addition. There really is no way to drop weight from one area though. Toning will help, and doing cardio also, but your body will lose where it's going to lose from.
I have a ton of cellulite in my thighs and buns, which is genetic, so while my legs are slimming, they still look gross. I just keep toning.
Good luck with that bikini! I recommend buying a sarong or a sexy wrap. They're really cute accessories, and then you can feel confident in your suit w/o the time pressure of trying to look perfect by summer. I'm looking forward to wearing my sarong, even if I do lose/tone in time.

I'm a pear and have been walking and stationary cycling (and am just now starting to jog) since the first of January and I can really tell a difference in my hips and thighs. Even when I was really thin (50 pounds lighter than I am right now) I had heavy legs, but they are really starting to look pretty good, in fact, they are the best looking part of me right now. So there's hope for you if you are willing to put in the time. I have exercised (the above exercises) at least 40 minutes everyday except 5 days to get these results.
