Everyone talks about the legs, back and arms when losing weight; what about the face? When I lose weight, it can be seen in my face. How do I keep the muscles from sagging, what exercise can be done to help this problem? I am a newby who must lose 10 lbx. in a month according to my doctor. I don't want my face flabbing all over the place when the weight starts to come off.
Please help!!! |

Why does your doctor want you to lose 10lbs in a month? I wouldn't think 10lbs would make a big difference in your face but everyone is different. I don't know of any facial exercises but you could look into basic good face/skin care. There are a lot of "firming" lotions out there right now.
