OK, I don't have a lot to choose from at my office but this is the one that takes the cake for me. Maybe it looks "manly" and it was cold in South Dakota, and I had not shaved in 3 days but, blahhh !!!
I look terrible in this pic and hope to use it as inspiration to get to 190lbs.
I was at about 250 (6', 1") here and decided to try to do something. I joined the Gold's gym locally, and at least made a pact with myself that I would not eat after 7pm. I have pretty much done that and worked out about 3 days a week.
I started SB this week and plan on working out 4-5 days a week and seeing how that goes. I can't do more than 4-5 due to my schedule, but will do more if possible. I am doing the treadmill and machine weights.
Heres to loosing it. :)

Hey, great job!!! I think it's quite adirable that you are hitting the gym even with a tight schedule! Make working out a priority and you are sure to see some great results!
