Thanks to an unexpected  medical problem  , I have not been able to exercise since last Wednesday. So what happens, I hit a new low weight! (208)
I might get the go ahead to exercise, and not just walk, this afternoon at a re-check. Many of my friends and co-workers are hoping more than I am that I get the go ahead.
I guess that no exercise makes OldGreyBob into a very, very OldGrouchyBob! (No prisoners taken.) |

LOL! Could be that you are losing muscle??? I dont' know. I hear that happens fast. However I have noticed that I can take a week off and return to the gym at full strength, if not better.
I hope you get the go-ahead! |

Maybe I am losing becauseI am so grouchy that even food does not want to be near me. I feel like I am being caged! I had to leave the gym early before finishing the planned walk. I had this huge urge to grab a bar and start lifting. I promised my DW that I would only walk so I showered and left.
 Talk about endorphin addiction! |

| Yep, I understand. Though I tell you what, give me a week off and I forget what that endorphin rush feels like. When I return and get that feeling I always wonder why on earth I didn't want to go!! I'm amazed that you have not experienced the same thing. I guess there's quite a difference between "I can't go" and "I don't feel like going." |

| Has it only been a few days? If so, any "muscle" loss is most likely glycogen and water weight not actual muscle fiber weight... |
