smurf, just your regular balanced diet [by SB guidelines] should be enough. you don't need to overdo protein to promote muscle growth, but make sure you're getting some lean protein at breakfast, lunch and dinner, and your other required dairy servings. basic nutrition and regular weight training should do the trick.
also, make sure that you've got a well-designed weight training program ... people on here can be helpful if you're not sure if you're going about it the right way, or employ the help of a trainer or experienced friend. |
