Hey there -
Just wanted to say hang in there, and there are a lot of different things that could contribute to anxiety. Depending on your symptoms - it could be a variety of things, but there are plenty of natural ways to cope - including diet.

If you would like to share some information of what you mean when you say you are feeling "panicky" I can try and give you a little more feedback.

One of the most common thing that is food related that triggers panic attacks is caffine.

just know you aren't alone ;) let me know if you would like some more information or techniques you can do when you feel "panicky"

I don't have a diagnosed anxiety disorder, but I've always been on the high-anxiety side. My anxiety dropped TREMENDOUSLY when I stopped eating gluten. I also had improvements in more obvious symptoms, like eczema and digestive issues, but I remember being surprised at how much my anxiety level went down.
