I've had a hysterectomy last July and fell off the SBD wagon. I have restarted in Jan 2007. My question is, Is it harder to lose wieght with
hormone replacement like Premarin. I've been on the this woe since January
and as of now I'm kind of sliding off again. I only lost like 5 lbs since I've
retarted. I know I have gained it back.

My bloodwork checked out fine when I had it done prior to my surgery. Thats not an issue at this time.

Any suggestions or Info would be appreciated. Thank You, everyone.

Maybe I should reword this.

How about, Is there any weight related issues like gaining or losing associated by Hysterectomies?

:D

i find that women especially have a harder time losing the older they get. whether or not it's related to menopause i don't know.

Well I suppose it's possible that even with the HRT, your hormone levels are out of whack. So, yes, you might gain weight (especially around your belly), but you don't have to gain weight. That's the only thing I can think of that might affect your weight. Are you exercising enough?
