Gym Rat out of action
I had a great pain that Preparation H wouldn’t cure.
Now the Doc said a week off gym you must endure.
For after the lancing,
No workouts and dancing.
Life can really be one big pain in the butt, for sure.
I hope I did not offend, just trying to add a little humor to a bad time. But next Wednesday or Thursday, I will return! |

(d)Oprah, I am not that far gone. I just pulled out my favorite DVD's and will start a marathon while I figure out how to sit again.

Conan the Barbarion - director's cut -- a better ending!
Angela's Ashes - hard to watch without 'The Drink', (Guinness)
The Secret of the Roan Inish - The best family, adult, anyone movie every made
Young Frankenstein - Mel Brooks best in my humble opinion
Little Shop of Horrors - I end up sing 'Suddenly Seymor' all day long...
Riverdance -- for the music and splendor

Hey folks, I am going back to the gym Monday! :D
I will not be doing BodyAnything until I get the Doc's okay, probably Wednesday. I am just going to walk, Doc okay, for about 2 to 4 miles.
But I am going back!!! :D
This problem is a literal, figurative, and in every other way, a pain in the butt!!! |
