| well i have taken a few different ones and they have always made my tummy feel yucky, no matter how much or what i ate with them. however, i recently began to take "My Favorite Multiple" by Natrol. I take the iron-free version since I take iron separately. i havent had any problems with it, but it does make my pee a relly bright yellow. kinda freaked me out. I'm also close to your age (22), if that matters... |

edit: I didn't look at your username. You're not a man. :p Nonetheless... My post:
My recommendation would be, if you're a man, MegaMen. It's available at GNC. I'm not sure what the equivelant is for a woman, but if you go to your local vitamin store, somebody there can tell you. If you don't have a GNC, ask the person behind the counter what the equivelent is to MegaMen..
When taking a multi-vitamin, be VERY sure to get one that has a full-array of MINERALS. ESPECIALLY if you drink spring water.. Spring water doesn't have minerals like tap water does. And even then, it's still good to take a vull-array multivitamin with minerals.
Just an FYI... Soils in agricultural areas are becoming depleted of various key nutrients. Other aspects of our lifestyles add to this deficient state. Lack of sun, too much sugar, etcetera. I feel the key deficencies in this country are folic acid, vitamin D, magnesium, selenium and iodine. There are many, many others, but I feel if you cover these bases, you'll be going a long way towards reducing cancer risk. |

| I take Flinstones with Iron right after breakfast. I'm not sure if they're SB-approved (they have sucralose), but any other vitamin makes my stomach hurt. |

| I take GNC's Women's Ultra Mega Time release formula. I've tried several different brands over the past 5 years and I just find this brand to work the best for me...I find if I miss a day or two I notice it in my energy level. |
