Pookie~ My bday is also in March. What day is yours? Mine is the 20th. Ill be 29! Yes, 29 and its not a repeating age either! LOL I'm also asking for a body fat scale. LOL I was suppose to get it for Christmas..but I didnt end up getting it..I didnt care to see how fat I was then! LOL

Yes, I'm in this for blood! :D Since I'm pretty much to goal for my weight (sure another 30 pounds down would be nice! LOL) I told myself i would get tanning sessions..I still haven't done it. So, I am in the next few weeks. So, the next time y'all see a pic from me I will be tan and rock hard! :D (and a year older!)

WHOO HOO! I have a pumped team! :D I plan on getting healthier and looking better - so whoever wants to be "pookiefied" - Be looking forward to a better, younger looking body!

Thanks, ya'll. :D People always think I look much younger than I really am. I'm 26, will be 27 on March 29th! People come to my front door and literally ask me if my mommy or daddy is home.

queen - Glad you're here! :) Yes, 42 days CAN make a difference. If that guy on Supersize me can eat crap for 30 days and get really unhealthy and look/feel terrible!? Think of how much we can do!!!! We can't keep doing the same things over and over and expect different results. We have to DO something different if we want to GET something different! :D

kathi - Hi there! Yes, you can journal what you ate the next day. How great was it to check in on your BF%! Remember, it's just a number that tells us where we're at. Once we gather information - we move onto changing it, right!?! :D Good luck to you in the challenge. May you get more out of it than you ever dreamed. :)

skinnypeep - Glad to hear you had a practice week!!! :) That's wonderful. I'm ready to go with ya!

Harley - Questions are always welcomed. :) There's much to experience when you're on a team - a team of people who encourage you and help you achieve your goals. Welcome to your first challenge!

need it gone - Great news about the water dispenser! WHOO HOO! That's wonderful that you can drink water so easily. When I was a kid, I would drink 1-2 glasses of water a WEEK! I hated water. But little by little, I've grown to like it and now my body can't get enough!!!! :D Have a good one and I hope you enjoy yourself in the challenge!!!

country bumpkin - Happy Birthday early! ;) I really hope you get a BF% scale. And have fun tanning!!! I'll be doing it right along with ya. ;)

Good luck to everyone on their first day tomorrow!!!!

Oh Pookie, and the others with GSC, if you eat them over your sink with no one around and the clock striking midnight, the calories dont count. :D

Hi everyone!

I'm sorry I'm coming late to the game--you don't have to track me down now. I'm not flaky, I'm just a doctoral student with 2.5 weeks left in the quarter. For a list of all that I have to do in the next few weeks, see my journal!

Anyway, I promise to journal everyday as well as drink my required water. Those I do pretty much everyday so I don't foresee trouble with those areas. 9 exercise sessions a week, however, is very extreme for me--but I'm up to the challenge!!

Went grocery shopping this weekend so I'm all set there! I got my Brita pitcher filled up with water, did my measurements and planned out my exercise sessions for the week....

Oh, and when I left the grocery store there were Girl Scouts outside selling their crack... I mean, cookies. I used to be a GS, and love Thin Mints so I'm a sucker every time. I pulled $4 out of my wallet handed it to a little girl and said "How 'bout if I give you $4 and you guys pick out your favorite and keep it for yourselves." They were super-pleased with that. :) My DH, however, looked like I had betrayed him when I told him the story.

 Good story! :) I feel bad now... I bought 4 boxes! They haven't come in yet - but I'll give most, if not all but 1 or 2 for me ;), to him.

Hello everyone!
I am here, pics posted and I will restart my journal in just a few minutes. I am very excited to do this challenge, in fact I woke up in the middle of the night and couldnt fall back to sleep thinking of it! I even thought of getting up and checking the boards (wasn't about to get on the treadmill at 3am!).
Funny story...
The shirt that I had on in the pics was tight and when I was taking it off I got stuck in it. I had to kick the bathroom door and yell for DH to come get me out of my shirt.
New Goal- To loose inches so that I can get out of my own shirt!!!!

Good morning everyone. I just saw all posted pictures. It’s good to put face to a name. I'm ready to start this challenge. In last one I did not lose anything, and I'm hoping to change that in this one. Also to tone up my behind and rest of my body.
