I also did really poorly last week, and this week I have guest staying for a week, so I don't have time to work out. I'm drinking my water, writing down everything I eat, but I'm not eating beachy. I'm not quitting, next week will be better, with eating and working out. I'll be back on the schedule.
I do have a question. If I eat bad (not SBD friendly) for two weeks, should I go back to PH1 again. |

Morning- things are pretty quiet around here. Hope everybody is doing well.
Dee- I've read on the boards that going back to P1 too often gives you a "yo-yo" effect which can stall you worse. Usually people recommend just doing a strict P2 unless you have bad cravings. |

Dee - I would also say doing a strict P2 would probably be best. You need those good carbs to sustain those workouts! :D
And yeah, we're down to 9 people on our team!!! I think the other team has 14??? So yeah... if anyone else thinks of quitting? Maybe just come in here and talk it out first. ;) That's what we're all here for. Just because you have a "bad week" doesn't mean you have to give up. Because if you quit, you might deal with a lot of more things if you hadn't... like feelings of "quitting/failing", not having accountability so not feeling the need to do "anything", etc.
This challenge isn't to prove we can be perfect. :D It's to prove that we're human and need others for support sometimes. :) There's nothing wrong with that. I've been on this board for 3+ years and have found so much support, even though I'm in P3. You guys are great! Keep up the wonderful work!
Thought for the day: You can't learn through perfection, you only learn when you miss the mark. 8) |

Hey teamies!! How's it going? I am missing my little girl. She went to Florida to visit my parents with my sister and hre niece. She left Sunday and I won't see her until Tuesday. I have only been away from her for a weekend at a time but never 8 days. She is so far from home too. She just called me, they went to Sea World today and had a lot of fun.
I can't wait to see hre when she gets home, it is to quiet around here. :)
It has been nice for me and Michael to have some together time..:)
We have been keeping busy, we want to decorate her room before she gets home. We found a cute wallpaper border and some stickies for the walls. We haven't decided if we will paint yet or not. But I really want to get this done before she gets home. :)
I have been exercising hard and it feels good. :) Drinking all of my water and peeing non stop. LOL
I hope everyone is doing well. :) |

Hi Everyone!
Just wanted to wish all of my teammates a Happy Easter! We are headed out of town until next Tuesday so my posts will be a few days behind....not sure if I will be able to get on the computer much while we are visiting family. I am taking my running clothes and weights and my notebook to journal my food / h20 / exercise so I can post later! Hopefully I can stay on plan.....if not I would like to come close! :)
Hope you all have a great weekend! |

Maddy will be 7 on June 1st. She is having a blast! It is going to be so strange to get up tomorrow morning and she isn't here for Easter. No basket hunting. That kind of makes me sad, but I did send a box of stuff to my Mom's so they would have something from the bunny while they are there. Plus I am hiding her basket and she can find it Tuesday when i finally get to see her sweet face and give hre huge hugs and kisses.
Oh and Michael and I are loving our time together.  |

Good morning everyone. I hope everyone had a good weekend. Its week 6, last week. I'm back on track. My guests left yesterday, and today I'm back eating beachy, strict PH2, and working out. Since I screwed up past two weeks I don't see my results being that good. As long I did not gain anything I can live with not losing. Good luck everyone in last week, all 9 people we have left. :D :D
I went to the beach yesterday. OMG it’s so beautiful. The water is clear and clean, it’s not warm yet, but you can still swim, and there was cool breeze, so it wasn't too hot. I live 5 min from the beach, and I never go, so every time I come I get amazed how beautiful its is, and then I feel guilty for not coming here more often. |

Yeah, this last week was pretty bad for me, but I plan on finishing with a bang. ;)
Let's make it count, ya'll! Remember, we take "after pics" at the end of the week! |
