Well I'm back from vacation... well I've been back for 2 weeks now.. but its been real hard getting back into a normal routine. Heck it took me about a week to recoup from the jet lag :shock: Anyways tomorrow I will start phase 1 again as I picked up some really bad habits :oops: Needless to say I gained a few pounds as well. I now weigh 225lbs.
Anyways heres a few pix from the vacation... I also got a chance to go to Hong Kong. Eating a marbled egg in Disney Land HK

Its actually going great 8) I haven't felt this good in a long time. I've lost a few pounds already. Some off my tighter fitting clothes feel a little looser. As a matter of fact I met my younger brother at the GYM today and he noticed I had lost some weight. Its been about 2 weeks since I last saw him and he had no idea I was doing SB.....so I know he wasn't pulling my leg :lol:
