How far along in the program are you? If you are still in the beginning then I'd advise against the fudgesicle-I was checking out the info on them yesterday and most have more than the 75 allowable "sweets" calorie count. Plus the nuts are only supposed to be 20 per day.
But if you're box of fudgesicles is different and has less than 75 calories and no sugar and you REALLY need it then why not? mw |

| Dairy Queen has a fudge bar on a stick. I believe it had only about 13-14 carbs, no sugar, and it was only about 50 calories, if my memory serves me right. Check the label before indulging. Anyway, I did enjoy one during Phase I. |
