| Okay, this might sound like the silliest question, the SBD diet is suppose to be a good diet for ppl who have diabetes, but what if you dont and you have decided that you dun wanna go on the SBD diet anymore or if u are pregnant and u need to go on a normal diet and if u eat stuff thats high in GI or Sugar again, could it be possible that its easier for you to get diabetes since you are so detoxify and your body just cant adjust to it anymore? anyone ever had a question like that? |

If you're pregnant, SB is a much better diet than one loaded with high GI foods and sugar. The fetus needs good nourishment, not junk.
You are more liable to diabetes with a high GI, high sugar, junk food diet than on SB.
Being on SB, then going back to the other doesn't predispose you to diabetes any more than if you had just stayed on the 'normal' {crap} diet. |
