So you can lose weight, but how much weight have you kept off by doing this?
I just cheated on my chicken-only diet, too. I did eat chicken at lunch, but with part of an apple, some celery, a few raisins, a bunch of lettuce, some walnuts, and a little Italian dressing. I'm so bad. |

| I just cheated again. I had a lot of lettuce, a few pistachios, some Smart Balance mayo, a handful of celery, and a bunch of grapes with my chicken. Oops! |

You know, my cousin's dog groomer's best friend's illegitimate child's baby daddy had some great success on the "Phase 1 For Life" modification. He may have lost all his hair and the ability to chew food, but MAN does he look good! Like Callista Flockheart meets Elie Weisel.
I personally found a recipe for Chicken Cake that's supposed to be better than the real thing! You start with chicken, throw in some chicke, mashed it up and add a bunch of chemicals (I know a guy who works in a high-school chemistry lab, it's cool) and voila! It looks just like cake! ... sort of.
Now off to have lunch. Yep, chicken. Hopefully I won't do something stupid like eat salad or an apple with it. |

This is the best thread on this entire site. To celebrate all of the calories I just burned by laughing so hard, I am going to have a chicken wrap. It's really easy; you just take some chicken, and you wrap it in some chicken, and then you add some finely grated chicken to it for flavor. I'll probably have a side of chhicken with it, but not too much because I have a night out planned with the girls, and I want to be able to drink a few glasses of chicken.

I second Jaime ... this is by FAR the funniest thing I've read in days!
And as the mascara streams down my cheeks and I gasp for breath while my husband and children look on in amazement, I have to ask ...
How the CLUCK can I make this chicken thing work??? I keep having cravings for veggies and beans and dairy, and guess I must be especially weak or unworthy or doomed to fail because it seems like every day I slip up. Oh, well, back to phase one - I have this great recipe for a mock-cauliflower mash. The trick is to boil the chicken into oblivion, then put it on the food processor with some chicken broth (No stock - that's got veggies in it too! Gotta read those labels, folks) until just before it turns into goo.
Though I don't seem to be able to stick with this quite faithfully, I AM seeing changes ... the dog loves me more than ever, keeps coming to give me kisses and lick my fingers, and the cats sleep right on my pillow to better enjoy my chickeny breath ...
Lord, I love this board!

| Heck, I admit I eat a lot of chicken but I also have other things with it! I don't think I'd be satisfied with only chicken, I'd at least need a salad or a bit of brown rice and broccoli.. |

"Chicken cake" is seriously the funniest thing I've read here in days.
What if you eat the chicken raw and include the bones for roughage? |
