me too but i didn't follow the diet i had some good fats, a tomato, some cucumber and peppers and some feta with it... |

well I was going too but i was too excited and my neighbor's doctor's garbage man said that it was ok to have the feathers... |

| See, that's the problem. You have to read the book so you can understand WHY you are doing the chicken only diet. You need to understand the history, philosophy, and socioeconomic impact of this diet. You can't just say you are doing it and then eat whatever you please and then come on here and whine about how you've only lost 9 pounds in 3 days and you are in a stall. :roll: |

i really wanted to lose all 25 pounds in 3 weeks. I know you can do it. i read it in a magazine... i can drink pureed chicken.... that helps you know.. |
