chicken-only diet!

alright i'll be more specific on my daily routine:

before: 6 days of the week, i ran 1 mile (10 mins) before breakfast and another 1 mile (10 mins) before dinner.

now: 6 days of the week, i run 3-miles (30 mins) before breakfast, and another 2 miles (20 mins) before dinner.

my diet consists of a bowl of salad, a very light/small sprinkling of cheese, and of course chicken. for my other meal(s), it is chicken-only. so i do get my fiber in (the mornings).. and of course the daily in-take of about 9 cups of water.

but for 1 day of the week, i will allow myself to eat anything i want. anything at all. and on that day i will try to take in a variety of other nutrients not found in my usual diet for the rest of the week.

this is how i have been dieting for about a year (switching up types of food every few months, but fiber is always in the list). and the weekly results range from at the very least 2lbs to 3lbs a week, and occasionally/rarely 4 to 5lbs.

is it the best way to diet? probably not. does it work? yes.



i know my diet/excercise plans has nothing to do with this SBD thing, but i came here for advice and suggestions as this place is very lively with active posters and experienced dieters. :o

salad counts as your fiber? i don't think that's enough fiber...


and when you lose all the weight you want to lose what are you going to do?

what advice did you want? you seem to know what you want and are going to do it regardless of what we say.... why bother to pretend to ask for advice?

You can eat it naked if you want to. I try to do that at home only. Doing it in restaurants could lead to arrest.

Chicken only. Lots of chicken. Thank God they sell it by the bucket!
