Ok so I was going through some photos and my heart stopped for a few seconds after i ran across this. This is me in about May of 2004 (left). I was up to about 145 or so. (my heaviest) So...funny enough, that was a trip back home. I remember it well because someone i had not seen in a while said "you look good with a bigger butt"! As soon as I came back from that trip I bought the SBD book. If I had not, who knows what would have happened. I probably would have just kept gaining and gaining. But after some off and on times over the past couple years on SBD...I'm back on and plan to be so for life. The second is a pic of me after i lost the weight (about 20 lbs). I'm just about back to this size now...but I couldnt find a recent body pic of me (will take one soon I suppose!). Only hoping to lose 5 more pounds and firm up some...then MAINTAIN! That is what people keep saying...that I dont NEED to lose weight etc etc...but i say "well I dont want to ever have to NEED to lose weight again!"
