Since starting SB some 23 days ago, my husband has noticed a muscular soreness running from his armpits (both sides) towards his inner chest and radiating down a bit. He has quite a hefty lower belly on him and am wondering if the loss of fat from his upper torso could cause this......or if anyone else has experienced this.
I too have noticed a discomfort radiating from my underarm area towards my chest too.
I know this sounds crazy............but it's driving me nuts. Naturally, I always think the worst. Just seems strange that both hubby and I feel very similar symptoms...
Any ideas?

Are y'all working out?
If at all possible, get it checked by a doctor. I try really hard not to take chances with stuff that could be bad. |

We are not exercising yet BUT on Saturday night I did spend THREE HOURS putting extensions into my teenaged daughters hair for the very first time ever. She told me it was a breeze to do.....HA!
OMG.....what a workout. I had to sew this thread which was about 4 feet long into the hair that I had braided and then had to sew the extensions into that. It was a TON of back and forth movement with my right arm because the thread was really long and I had to keep extending my arm WAAAAY behind me with each and every stitch. I bet you I did about 200 stitches in all. I could have smacked her by the time I was finished...lol. The thing is, with each stitch, I had to tug very tightly on the thread to make sure the extensions were in tight. I actually blistered my finger through the process....grrrr.
I'm just a worry wart because I've never had discomfort or a pulling sensation under my arm before but through talking with folks, I'm hoping it's simply from having overworked some VERY unused muscle groups. I just know that we women have to be careful about these things and I had hoped someone could alleviate my fears. I thought maybe it had to do with reduced fat cells or something like that.....sigh.
