I wasn't going to do a before and during... but since I'm stagnant at 184 for over a month I need something!
This is me in Cape Cod Florida two years ago with my brother Tony holding my nephew Zach to my right and my son to my left. My son lost 50 lbs in three months when we got back and has kept it off.
This is me thanksgiving 2006 just starting SB.
Here is my son at his JR prom... this year will be.. YIKES, SR!
(can ya tell he gets his height from me? :D
