I am inspired by so many of you attaining your weight goals and successfully losing weight and keeping it off.
I'm new to the South Beach Diet and wish to lose between 50-60 pounds. This will be no easy task and I will continue to read the tips and suggestions of how to take the weight off and keep it off for good.
Here is a recent picture of me.

Wow...I could only wish to look that good and need to lose 50-60 lbs.
What are your stats (height and weight)? I'm not sure where that 50-60 lbs. is going to come from. |

| Randy, do you just sit there or do you actually play that piano? I trust you are starting on Ph 2? Good luck and keep us posted! |

Thank you, I appreciate the encouragement! :) Yeah, sometimes its hard to see the "extra pounds" because my body seems to evenly distribute the extra weight.
Yes, I play the piano. I'm still on Phase 1. I'm making a gradual change to Phase 1 instead of just cold turkey. I find gradually doing things rather than just changing to the extremes will increase my chances of success.
I don't buy anymore junk food, but there are some chocolate covered cashews in the kitchen if I sense the "SB flu" coming. |
