| Hi.. I'm new to these boards and did not lost my weight thus far on SB but thought maybe I'd post my progress pics anyhow in case they might motivate anyone.. I still have 68 pounds to go till goal.. but the ride has been interesting! I have a lot of friends that do SB and really enjoy it.. glad to see all the possitive support everyone is sharing here! Keep up the good work everyone!! |

Thanks.. I didn't lose my previous weight on SB but I have a very close friend of mine that is just getting started on it so I like to come here to try and support her and help with her menu choices.. She has a lot to lose and for important reasons.. this place has been a real help.
