| I am in the last week of my Phase 1. I am doing very well, however I have noticed that I am having the need to urinate from every 30 min to 1 hour....I have been to the DR and have been tested and said my urine was fine...??? I was wondering if this could be a result of my new diet?? Has anyone else experienced this?? :? |

| If you are still using up glycogen stores and releasing water attached to the glycogen, it has to go somewhere! ;) Hence the term losing water weight. If you are drinking more water than you used to, that obviously can have an effect as well. Usually moderates in P2. Wouldn't be too concerned. |

| i go on average every 45 minutes... sometimes every 20 sometimes as long as 90.... it's good to go. |

| I have always been a big water drinker - so that part is not new. I rarely ever drink sodas - and I have always been frequent but seems a lot more now. I will wait to see what happens when I start adding more carbs. The biggest issue I have is when I am out fly fishing in my waders and have all this water around me - but no where or no way for me to go..... :D |

Maybe get some of those NASA approved adult diapers!! :lol:
I have the same issue and its a pain at work when I gotta go every hour. |
