this is me at 17 on my prom night at a SVELTE 115 lbs...i was gorgeous.
this is on my 21st birthday (2005). i was at about 150-155 lbs. i wore jeans and a black long sleeved top to my party the night before because i was afraid i looked to fat in the dress i bought earlier that week. i tried it on and started bawling. ew.
this was me in april at around 160, thinking i seriously couldn't get any fatter. killer whale ahoy!
seriously, i look like i'm going to eat my boyfriend.
ugh, now this is me on new year's eve, exploding the scale at 173 lbs. the sad part is that i hadn't weighed myself yet and had no idea...
as of today i'm about 7 lbs lighter. i got my stomach tattooed on sunday. i will post pics after i lost about 10-15 lbs. |

Darling there are those of us on this site that are 200+ lbs- and I know
I dont look like a killer whale. :wink:
I think you look beautiful no matter what. You've got lovely facial features.
And at 5'3 you can be anywhere from 105-140 and still be okay with a doctor.
You can do it! Dont give up!

| you are beautiful. i am also 5' 3", and i am currently around the weight that you are starting out at. hang in there, the weight will come off before you know it. |

Effie,
I'm 23 years old, 5'6", 150 lbs, and a very pretty girl. You are three inches shorter than I am and weigh almost 25 lbs more than I do in that New Year's pic, and yet you are so darn cute and pretty that I would be just as happy to look like you as me.
BUT! I understand that everybody has a weight that's comfortable for them, and I'm wishing you best of luck on this WOE. It's awesome. |
