Hi i see you were close to goal...a big achievement :)
What caused you to put on weight again?
I hope it is ok that i ask? I only ask because it happened to me..i lost all my weight, felt great and have now put it all on again!
When i lose weight my mind play tricks with me and i start relaxing my healthy diet and let the junk come in again...this of course starts the vicious circle again :roll:
I am interested to hear from other people that have the same problem.
I will lose weight again and more importantly i will get healthy...this time it will be for life!!
