Goal Weight - 89-90kgs
will be posting a new before and after picture soon .. I had to take the old one off ... to get remotivated. Now I know that I need to stick to this more than ever, because I'm committed to post my picture here :-) |

| I finally was able to open the pics. I need either a cold beer or a cold shower now- I think I'm in love (or lust)....my computer is starting to melt. Well done, our sexy friend! I say we should make money with a South Beach "after" food and workout (and hot bod) calendar. I'm seeing a lot of great results with people's after pictures. Any other entrepreneurs out there? |
