Kelly flubbed the lyrics of Sgt. Pepper. So, I am also unimpressed. I bet they had to pay her a lot of $$ to come on the show. She doesn't seem to want anything to do with them since she won.
That whole Beatles thing was lame, IMHO. Carrie's part was all right, but the rest of them were ho-hum.
I thought this whole season was lackluster. I never voted once. There's gotta be better talent out there. Maybe some rule changes are in order, to prevent the likes of Sanjaya from mucking things up. |

hey, gotta admit, the judges were the ones who let sanjaya through the first few rounds before he hit the voting public ... they're partially to blame!
i hope next season is better. i'm sure the producers are aware that people were a bit bored this season, despite record-high voting numbers. just proof that people LOVE this show ... and why not, it's good american fun!

It's been on the radio. I'm sure that the Portland Radio stations play it.
I agree the Beatles thing was not that good. But.... It was way cool that they had most of the winners on there this time. Even Kelly even though you can tell she thought she was too good for the show. It just showed that Carrie is one class act all the way. |
