I read about it in O the other day-- looks interesting. It has three phases, but the first phase is just about kicking up your exercise a notch or two, with no "dieting" yet.
Their p2 and p2 sound just like our p2 and p3: eat whole grains, lots of veggies, limit starchy veggies, have some fruit, lean protein, etc. But most "new" diets are pretty much converging on those same features as I thought they would.
I like Bob. He seems very encouraging. |

You're in Maryland? I noticed that it is being rebroadcast on Ch. 7 Saturday night at 11:30pm (if you get the Washington, DC local networks). |

| I think it it nothing new. I watched it and he is just trying to make more money and changed around what he said to do a few years ago. He even copies "the phases" with diff. ideas. I refuse to buy that book. Just do SouthBeach and save your money. |
