Oh, great. We had to keep the thread about me cutting Rocky Mountain Oysters as a farm boy.
The only way we ever fixed them was fileted, breaded, and fried. Not too SBD friendly now that I think about it. |

| I can delete it too if you like. It was the only one of the bunch not started by him and so I was more reluctant to delete it outright. I had some fried "oyster" strips at the Fort for the first time last year. Mostly just tasted the breading and oil. They didn't seem to have a lot of flavor on their own. Maybe you need to work on an oyster scone recipe! ;) |

It's true they have almost no flavor.
Anyhow you're scone idea is absolutely repulsive! Are you trying to make me dislike my beloved scones through association? How cruel of you.
Are you making fun of my foxworthian roots? |

| Nope not at all! I'm a big fan of farmers and ranchers. Mom was a farm girl. Just thought we could combine two of your skills! ;) |

Woo hoo, bye bye Whompus! And good riddance! Thank you for deleting all of his ridiculous threads, Rox.
I actually have tried the "oysters" once. In Wyoming, just outside of Yellowstone. They were on the menu, and my sister and I just had to try them. Don't see what all the hoopala is about - they were kind of gross, actually. Then again I've never been much of a fan of organs - liver, gizzards, etc. Blech. |

I think both of them "specialize" in chicken fried steak too. |
