I got this idea from another post here. There's clothes DO NOT fit me. The pants are a size 7. I'll update these every 10lbs. I'm 148lbs in the pics, taken on Monday. Warning!!! Below there are bikini pics. I find they help me really see where the weight is coming off
And lastly, a face shot. I'm hoping to have a less round face.
Any words of encouragement would be great! |

| You can do this! I find so much inspiration from this board. You don't have that much to lose so it might seem like it comes off a little more slowly at first. Just stick with it and the pounds seem to just melt off.....almost effortlessly. You are the same height as I am. I started out in a size 10 and am now wearing size 2 in jeans. My motto is "If its to be it's up to me" ....sounds kind of silly, but it helps me get back on track whenever I am tempted. Best wishes to you!!! |

I had to reply because from the neck down you look like me at that weight. It could be me in that bathing suit last year :) I am the same height, too.

Thanks for posting, i look forward to seeing the updates.
You dont need to lose too much, but stick with the progress shots, it really helps to see the changes and gives a real boost :D |
