Hi Folks, Thought I would join this forum as it seems to be a happy forum and very helpful. So now I am going to place my picture on and hopefully in 6 months I can post my first after picture on. I have let my self go to seed, well that’s not completely true, I had a works accident in 2000 I was very fit around this time weighing in at 210 lbs, I received damage to my lower back and both ankles making exercise not possible when I had the accident and have just put weight on year after year, I now weigh in at 328 lbs and now it’s time to loose some weight, my daughter as just had twin girls and I am determined to watch these two little beauties grow up . So hopefully with a little help on here from you guys and all the generous support that seems to be given on here I can change my life expectancy back to a good one!
Just one silly question, how do I post a pic on here please. |

Welcome to SB!!!! This is a great place to be!! I also have a lot of weight to loose (about 100 lbs). YOU CAN DO IT!!!
