Why does my avatar (uploaded with a URL) disappear everyday?

I tried to upload an avatar (it is 80x80) from Avatarsland.com when I first registered my account. It seemed to work the first day, but then the next day, there was nothing but a red x where my avatar should be. So I uploaded it again. And again, and again. It keeps disappearing. What am I doing wrong? They are free avatars, so I don't think it's a copyright thing. This is the URL from their website:

When I click on that link I get a forbidden to access this server type of message. So I am guessing that you are trying to enable it as a link in your avatar profile and that site does not allow remote linking into it's server. If the image is smaller than 6 kb, you should be able to download it to your PC and then actually upload it to the server here. If you are trying to upload it from that link, it might be larger than 6 kb. Other than that, I'm not sure!
