Agree with pretty much everything on the first page and there is some experiential validity to calorie and macronutrient zig-zagging and cycling. Not sure you need a $39 download to do that for you and I think it may sacrifice good nutrition for speed, but you can't really tell that without downloading. And while they knock other programs for being regimented, it would seem that you would have to be fairly regimented to remain random if that makes any sense. This site, http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm , alludes to these conceptsa little bit in the weight loss plateus section underneath the calculator section. |
