Isn't that funny??? I just picked up the "Sonoma Diet" book to read-- out of curiosity.........

sonoma diet was right next to this one... how curious is that.

Funny how all the "diet" books are "front and center" right before the New Year!

I bet there are some good recipes that you can use for SB in the Sonoma plan!

I bought the sonoma diet book too, and it's a lot like SB. the recipes are nice, a bit different than the ones in de SB-book. they have that mediterranean touch, which I like.

Yes.... as far as I can tell, the only real difference between SB and Sonoma is that you are allowed "grains" in their "Wave" 1 (Phase 1)....

I'm starting the Dr. Oz diet in the next few days. I lost 50 lb. on SB but I pretty much quit the last 3 months of last year, and I gained back quite a bit. My goal is to get that back off! I'm going to try the Dr. Oz diet because it's so similar to SB. Maybe I'll lost 50 lb. on this diet too! I would be looking GREAT then!!!

if you lost 50 on SBD why would you not return to it? (not that i understand quiting it after losing all that weight and spending all that time learning how to eat properly and retraining your body to like good foods)
