Hiya!! Brand new to all of this, so I thought I'd post a few pics of myself as I am NOW.. with the hope of being able to post some during and after pics as awesome as every one else
My DH and me at his birthday party Nov 2004 (I had heart surgery a week later for a birth defect- and no.. the surgery didn't work)
At band practice with "monster" (and yeah.. the belt wa a bad idea that night... :?
March 24 2006Me from the one and only show I did with my friends band... (band split week later.. :( )
and another one, same night (sorry it's kinda dark..)

OK,... lousy pic, as I am sitting down and have this stupid hat on..lol but it was New Years eve, so I guess anything goes..lol (BTW.. I'm in the Green shirt)
I am down just over 20 lbs from when I started.. kinda happy about that.. down to a size 24 (mostly) which I am REALLY happy about.. have had lots of people tell me that they can see the weight loss, which I am also really happy about!!
Can't really tell except in the face (just me looking at it) but hey.. I've done better with this than I have anything else..

20 pounds! thats so great. What a great way to start the new year!
Good to see that this is working for you. I also didn't notice the change in my own weight loss - until it was over 30 pounds - and I could compare before/after photos.
Keep up the good work - your progress is inspiring to me to stick to this WOE after the baby is born...(i'm 6 months pregnant - and only put on 13 pounds so far). |

had kind of a snag a couple of weeks ago.. go check my journal for details on THAT lovely experience... :roll:
back to around 17 or so lost.. gonna hold off on adjusting the tracker until I know that it's not a lot of water gain from my cycle, and stress weight from living for 2 weeks in blackout conditions...
anywho.. the most recent pic of myself.. I look HORRIBLE!! but that is because it was like day 3 or 4 of no power.. the house was cold as can be, and I really didn't care at the moment...
and yes.. the thing on my forehead is the tag from my hat.. which was covered by my hooded sweatshirt...
I am normally a rather vain person (which I hate to admit to ), so posting that particular pic is kinda painful..lol ah well.. :) Still not sure if I have forgiven DH for taking that one.. :roll:
anyhow.. yes.. life is going back to somewhat normal.. well.. as normal as my life ever is.. :lol: |

I think we're taking band pics sometime this upcoming weekend, so I will have one that I like better to put up!! lol
I think some of the gain was water weight from my cycle.. probably give it until Wednesday before I give up and change the tracker.. :roll:
