reverse diet with SB

I was watching XXXtreme weight loss on Discovery Health. There is a story of a lady who lost ALOT of weight by changing the order she eats her food. She had a large breakfast, medium lunch and small dinner with snacks in between. She didn't eat anything but veggies after 3pm.

I was wondering if anyone has tried this with South Beach.

I started SB to better my Cholesterol. So I was wondering if there is a downside to eating a big breakfast if I watch the carb/fruit intake? Is there a problem with eating smaller amounts throughout the day as long as you get the right amount of servings a day?

Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper. It's an old concept. I don't know that there is anything terribly wrong with it, but I suspect that how your activity level is spread out over the day will determine whether or not it works well for you.
