I've been doing great actually! Thanks for asking. My group (SBLadies) and I are on on P2D3 today! We made it through P1. I definintely bumped my way along, but I did it.
I lost 5 lbs in P1 and now 2 more in P2. So I'm pretty excited, but I've been doing a strict p1+apple and exercising more than 30 min a day.
How are you doing?? Cravings letting up any? I weighed around 157 a few weeks before I started SB. I'd never been that heavy in my life...it scared me into action. :lol: Now I'm back to my pre-SB weight last year when I did this. I lost 15 lbs last fall, but didn't stick to it. Now I'm back!! :D
Keep me updated on your progress! This forum has saved me more times than I can count! 8) Keep it beachy.....
