What are peoples view of Slimming World (UK Diet like WW)
not sure if any of you are from the Uk, but it works on 'red' and 'green' days you can eat unlimited beans, lentals, spuds, pasta and rice on the green days... i mean unlimited no or very little meat, on the 'red' you have unlimited meat and fish, but limited rices and so on.... fruit and veg is also unlimted |

doesn't eating a balanced menu every day make more sense than eating unlimited quantities of something on certain days :wink: |

I tried it yrs ago and didnt like it at all.
ANy diet has the potential to work in the short term......but how practical is it?
Ask anyone that knows what they are talking about and they will swear by a good fat, a complex carb and a serving of protein at every meal.
green and red days go against this!
There is no magic diet....simple healthy eating like the SB is the key. |
