Help! Desperate to cheat...

At the end of day 12 and am having horrendous cheating pangs, desperate for Pizza, Ice Cream, Chocolate or ANYTHING! Have lost 9lbs so far but neeeeeed something. Going to try and resist, but if I fail will I gain and ruin all my hard work??!?!

If you gain depends on how badly you cheat. Usually a little cheating here and there won't sabotage your weight loss. And, if you do cheat, just get right back on SB and continue on.

The worst part about cheating is that it usually leads to more cheating. So, if you can make a deal with yourself to only have 'such and such', you'll be okay. Bottom line is, we're human. We're going to fall down every now and then. The important thing is to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and continue on.

That all said, try to deviate from whatever you're doing now or wherever you are. Go for a walk, take a bike ride, do some yard work, drive to a park...anything to get your mind off your craving. Grab a diet pop or bottle of water and busy yourself with something for awhile and hopefully you'll get over this bump.

Whatever happens, hang in there. SB works and one slip will not do you in. Good Luck!

I can fully sympathise, as I'm also on day 12 of P1, and I am desperate to taste some chocolate tonight!!
Its crazy I have been doing fantastically well so far, but right now I've a huge chocolate crave!! Its bizarre, why suddenly tonight??
Got to fight it, fill myself up with water, and go to bed early!!! :wink:
