I drink slimfast soy protien drink for lunch everyday because my workload doesn't let me take time for much else and working with a full stomack makes me sick....
is this ok?

I just recognized that it has 14 grams of sugar per 8 oz.
guess dats a tad much, eh.
I just got ahold of ATKINS soy protien drink mix.....only 1 gram per.
