| If you have one screw up, do you really have to go back to phase 1 for a week? Is phase one just to get you off cravings? Or if you gain a pound or two back from your screw up, you should go back to get it off? What if you gained a pound or two, but dont really have the cravings, then should you still go back? or just continue from where you are at in the phases? |

Just continue from where you are. Phase 1 is just to eliminate cravings and give a psychological boost from the initial rapid weight loss.
I'm well into Phase 2 and sometimes I go up a few pounds after cheat days. However, I actually find that the occasional cheat day helps! The weight gained goes away quickly, plus more!
I went to Cuba for a week and gained 5 pounds...got back and just carried on with Phase 2 and the 5 pounds were gone in a little over a week.
I plan on never doing Phase 1 ever again. |

| I always tell myself that after I slip up (majorly) I am going back to phase 1, but it was sooo difficult for me to do, that I don't plan on going back to it. You don't need to though, just pick up from where you left off. Slip-ups are going to happen, you are human after all! |
