I am on the last few days of phase 1 but I messed up.
Should I start phase 1 over?

Not sure what others think, but I would continue with the rest of phase 1 and then move onto phase 2 (maybe you want to extend phase 1 a few more days). The point of phase 1 early on was to train yourself off bad carbs which I'm sure you have pretty much succeeded. A little slipup is likely at some point in your life when you're in phase 2 and phase 3!!

thanks...good tip. I will probably do that, just extend for a few more days.

I think the fact that it has been raining and that I haven't been able to walk for 2 days (after going every day) made me sluggish and feel like eating more.
