Hi Ssueg and welcome to SBD :D
Yes, roasted soybeans are allowed. As a snack it's 1/4 cup as a nut/seed alternative for your day. They are really nice because, if you eat them one at a time, there are a lot of them! The impression of plenty.

ssueg,
Follow the link posted earlier to learn about ketosis, but know that if you follow the guidelines of the SBD you won't have to worry about ketosis. Two weeks of Phase 1 is generally not long enough to make it happen, and Phase 2 has enough carbs that it won't happen! |
