| i love starbuck's vanilla creme... but i wanted to know, if its alright to get the usual, or can i substitute it with fat free milk? and should i do it without whipped cream? thank you! i love this message board.. every one is so helpful, and it encourages me :D |

It'll be a change, but order the NF/SF vanilla latte. The venti size will still have about 200 calories which are mostly from the 2 cups of nf milk (it will use up your daily P1 allowance, while the small size will use up half your milk allowance. Subtract 40 cals for every size smaller -- 1/2 cup per smaller size.) I use it as a generous snack every once in a while :D
Going with the regular syrups will add an additional 200-300 calories to your drink, depending on the size and type of syrup. And, having whipped cream added and whole milk/cream...ugh! You're looking at a calorie fest that is mega bad for a diet. |
