Hello everyone.....I'm still in the first week of the SBD, and I read in the SBD book that you should use regular mayonnaise, because the low-fat versions have added "bad stuff" in them....sorry I don't remember the exact terminology. Then, in the recipe section, for the Cilantro Mayonnaise it lists "reduced fat" mayo. I'm confused!? Anyone out there have any answer to this?

Thanks! :P

Yeah, that is pretty confusing! From the Good Fats Good Carbs Guide:

1 tbsp of reduced-fat mayo is okay on a limited basis (but what that means is up to interpretation! Maybe once a week?)

1 tbsp of regular mayo is also limited

1 tsp of regular mayo is listed as "good"
