| i just started, so today is my fourth day!! :D but i am still not really losing lbs as i expected.. is this normal, not losing weight your first week? also, i want to know if 1% milk, ketchup, and soy beans are allowed. thank you! good luck with everyone![/code] |

It's pretty soon to be jumping on the scale and getting discouraged. At least wait until week 1 is over before weighing yourself again-- SB isn't magic!
As far as your food questions, 1% milk and soy beans are good. Ketchup isn't, because they add a surprisingly large amount of sugar. Try mustard (not honey mustard) instead. |

| Don't expect for the weight to come off in the first week. Some do, but most don't. I didn't lose much until my second week. Give it some more time. |
