| Is Campbell's canned tomato soup made with water allowed? In the beginning that is. I haven't started the diet yet. Just trying to get information so I can decide. :D |

| I would think it has way too much sodium in it, by reading the labels even the reduced sodium has a lot of salt. |

Extra salt makes your body retain water weight.
Also, there's more to SB than just weight loss--it's about overall, lifelong health, and too much salt can lead to high blood pressure. |

In one of the books it does say we can have it though, it suggests it for a lunch meal plan, so you may want to check the book out.

| There's a tomato soup recipe in the original book with ham and garbanzo beans, but I don't remember it suggesting canned tomato soup. Which book? |
